The new My Statler release will include an indicator that the data in the screen is being (re)loaded:
Users will see this spinning each time the data in the screen is being re-freshed.
As a general best-practice; when you open the budget or forecast screen, and want to retrieve a specific budget, first select the year, and then select the hotel. This will improve the user experience because there is no additional waiting for browsing through multiple years of data.
